The Restless Human

The Restless Human Coaching approach is rooted in the belief that struggle is not a deviation from being human, but part of the human experience itself. The goal is not to erase restlessness, but to develop a healthier relationship with it so that life can still hold purpose, creativity, and hope.

This approach is especially designed for people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck between survival and meaning, medically burnout, or disconnected from the life they once imagined for themselves. Sessions focus on rebuilding identity, increasing cognitive flexibility, exploring purpose, reducing self-abandonment, and creating a sustainable life that honors both emotional reality and personal values.
