In The End….

Everything ends, and that includes the version of life you thought you were guaranteed. Chronic illness makes this obvious in a way most people spend years trying to avoid. The body changes, plans collapse, energy disappears, and suddenly the future is not a promise but a question mark. But these can be new instructions. They remind you that today is not a rehearsal, it is now and the stage is lit. Even a limited day is still a real day, still a place where meaning can happen. You do not need perfect health to tell someone you love them, to notice something beautiful, to move one inch closer to a life that still feels like yours. The fact that everything ends is not a reason to wait for a better moment, it is the reason to stop postponing your life until conditions improve. If this chapter is the one you are in, then this chapter is where living happens.
